If you are booking with a leader/follower, please enter their name here. Please state NONE if you do not yet have a booking partner. We will match you up as bookings come in.
Please note that we have very limited single accommodation, so please indicate in the notes section if you would be willing to share. The single room supplement is £20 per night.
Please enter the name of the person you are sharing a room with. Please state NONE if you are booking a single room, or booking a twin room but do not yet have someone to share with. We will match you up with a "room mate" of the same gender.
Please enter the room type required. The charge for a sea view upgrade is an additional £20 per room per night
Please note any extra nights you will require (such as the Thursday prior, and/or the Sunday following the event). The charge will be £64 per person per night (plus single and/or sea view supplements). You will be able to pay the hotel directly for these extra nights on arrival. Extra nights are available on a fcfs basis, and may be booked nearer the time depending on availability.
Please note that vegetarians will be catered for. If you have any additional requirements please note these in the box provided. We will contact you for further information nearer the time.
Please let us know where you usually dance Balboa and/or weekends you attend. A short note will be fine, the maximum allowed is 200 characters.

Places will be allocated in pairs on a first-come-first-served basis. If you are successful, you will be asked to pay a £25 deposit within 7 days to secure your place. The remainder will be due before 31st May 2025.

Single leaders and followers are welcome to apply, and we will match you up with a partner as soon as we can. Unfortunately if one person in a “booking partnership” is not able to attend, the other person will also lose their place until we can pair them up again. They will go to the place in the queue that they would have occupied had they registered without a partner. If the balance payment due date has not passed we will hold a "couple place" for two weeks in case a replacement booking partner can be found.

Terms & Conditions:
Balance payment due by 31st May 2025.
We reserve the right to substitute teachers at any time if necessary.
The £25 deposit is not refundable or transferable.
Refund in full (less £25 deposit) for cancellations on or before 31st May 2025.
No refunds for cancellations on or after 1st June 2025, so we recommend you take out holiday insurance in case of illness or other unforeseen circumstances
We may however be able to offer a refund (less deposit) if we are able to resell your place.
